To our fellow fisherman,

I want to personally address the recent lawsuit filed by Southeastern Fisheries.

I was completely blindsided by the filing of this lawsuit and had no prior knowledge that this action was being pursued. I want to be absolutely clear that I do not support this lawsuit in any way, shape, or form.

Out of respect for our customers, and our community, I have resigned from my position on the Board of Directors effective immediately.

I understand that this situation may have caused frustration and disappointment, and for that I sincerely apologize. The trust and support that you as a fishing community have shown us over the years means a great deal to me and my family and I want you to know that I have not taken that for granted.

Our company is committed to transparency, and maintaining the relationships we have built together. Please feel free to reach out to any of us here and we will be happy to talk to you.
