Two days. Two cities. One common purpose. 🇬🇧
Last week, we had the privilege of spending two inspiring days with an amazing group of Kids Ministry and Youth pastors and leaders in Manchester and London.
A huge thank you to Alex Blythe for bringing together so many passionate leaders around a common purpose: to see a movement of leaders working together to serve local churches and help the next generation engage with God’s Word, grow as disciples, and rise up in their faith.
Around the table, we explored some of the opportunities and challenges shaping ministry to the next generation:
• What the latest Gen Alpha research is telling us
• How we can better engage and equip parents
• The growing importance of emotional health and wellbeing
• And how we can work together rather than work alone
What encouraged us most was the openness in the room — leaders sharing experiences, asking honest questions, learning from one another and looking ahead together.
Because reaching and discipling the next generation isn’t something any one church, ministry or organisation can do alone.
It takes all of us.
Grateful for everyone who joined the conversation in Manchester and London — and excited about what can grow from here.
For this generation, and for generations to come.
