Ladies of Tactical Firearms Academy We are a group of women shooters who offer encouragement and advice. Our main goal is to practice an Experienced shooters challenge each other through drills.

We are a support group of women shooters who offer encouragement and advice. Our main goal is to practice and train together to improve our shooting skills for self-defense through weekly practice sessions and monthly competitions. We help each other practice what we have learned in fi****ms classes. What sets us apart from many other women’s groups is our firm commitment to improving our skills as defensive shooters while having fun with drills and exercises in order to improve our tactical and competition shooting skills. Our training and practice are no different from the men, but it is done in a friendly and supportive environment. We welcome women shooters of all skill levels and experience. If you are a beginner, experienced shooters will help guide you. We schedule Ladies only classes, but recognize the importance of training with a variety of people and attend co-ed events as a group also.

Looks promising for those that have difficulty racking the slide...Even if you can, your one-handed malfunction clearing manipulations should be much easier with this pistol.

While most shooters and concealed weapons carriers do not have a problem with racking the slide of a semiautomatic pistol, there is a subsection of gun owners who may have physical limitations that make manipulations difficult. What's your limit? Our Ellen beat everyone in Saturday's Tactical Pistol II class as the only one to make a 100 yd shot with her most favorite 9 mm Walther PPQ M2. On top of that, given just one round, she made a 140 yd shot on a steel chest plate (half torso with head). We're so proud of you Ellen!!! ****msacademy
