Today we’re breaking down the details—footwork, balance, and clean punches.
Every drill has a purpose: improving timing, precision, and control under pressure.
It’s not about going fast, it’s about doing it right… then, building speed on top of that. 💨

Repetition creates confidence. Confidence creates champions & Patience makes you unstoppable.

Slide 1️⃣ Creating Distance with a Step Back, and Maximizing the Power of your Counter Punch with both the Back Hand & Foot Stability

Slide 2️⃣ Learning to "sit down" on your punches with simple and formulated footwork rotation to properly "LOAD UP" your hooks 🥊

Slide 3️⃣ Stepping towards your opponent with a 45 degree angle weighted on the front leg, with a solid guard to catch their hook, and generate the power for a strong counter hook perfectly positioned for KO potential!

Slide 4️⃣ Defensive slip from an opponents jab using the same weighted 45 angle as slide 3, but instead of a catch/guard, using the weight + rotation generated from the front leg, to slip, then HOOK!
