Join me for a distance energy healing session ✨
I decided to bring this session into the park to deepen the connection with nature and create a more grounded, supportive environment for myself and my client 🌿
With distance sessions, you book a time to receive energy healing and there's no need for you to be physically present. Energy isn’t confined by space or time, so this work can support you wherever you are.
I begin each session by grounding myself through meditation and intentional breathing, allowing me to become fully present and create a calm, balanced space before connecting with your energy. I then cleanse my tools and set the intention for the session.
For distance energy healing sessions, I work with a Metatron Grid cloth and crystals representing the 7 main chakras. Using a photo or your full name, I’m able to energetically connect and begin channeling Reiki to support balance, release, and alignment within your energy field.
As the session flows, I intuitively tune into what’s coming up, assisting with clearing energetic blockages and writing down any messages, sensations, or insights that come through.
I close each session with an oracle card pull, calling in guidance from your angels, ancestors, and spirit guides to offer any final messages meant for you.
After the session, I send over all notes and messages to support your reflection and integration.
