💪 Why Jehan chose to get ACE Certified:

I am the founder of The Stage Global -- we are a cirque fitness training and performance center that serves a diverse range of clientele who come to the center to improve their mental and physical well-being through the practice of circus arts. I became a medical exercise specialist because I wanted to better serve my clients whose needs transcend the norm. In a world where we are overwhelmed with complicated health information, and misinformation, my goal is to be a valid resource who can help my clients clear their confusion when it comes to interpreting medical advice and managing their health conditions. I am committed to staying up-to-date on current fitness standards so that I can develop activity programs that are safe, understandable, enjoyable, and successful!

Community Yoga! Join me this Saturday in the *new* outdoor space at The Stage, at the Arts Colony in beautiful Downtown Pomona!!! Free as in just show up and check in a few minutes before class. Bring a towel or a mat, something to put between your body and the floor 🙂 The new outdoor space is in the parking lot behind the studio, with the trees!

In this encore performance of the Mirage 2021 show, we follow a traveler journeying through the desert, learning the wonders of the inhabitants she encounters, those made of smokeless flame. Circus! Contortion! Aerial! Blood! Live music! Burlesque! And, yes, Belly Dance… A must see event! 10% of ticket sales are going to , in support of displaced children in Afghanistan.
