Fordified Performance Training, LLC Fordified Performance came about because of the needs in training that young Athletes are not getting in school.

FPT is Not Sport Specific, we are Athlete Specific Training.

Starting November 7th, hours will be changing and we will be adding a Middle School age class. I will still only be able to Train on Monday evenings only.
The schedule and cost is through December when schools are out for the Christmas holiday. Currently HS class is full but the MS class has 3 Openings at this time.
