The Village of Tewa Administration Building is still supposed to be closed due requested of the Sand Clan Leader, Emil Honie Sr. We the legitimate Board are still in litigation and are respectfully supporting his request. We don't oppose the programs sponsoring such events, as there have been inquiries as to why there are still events happening there while we are in litigation. I Sand Clan Leader Emil Honie Sr. asked the Village of Tewa to repost my closure letter. My letter is still in effect, no one should be around the C.D. alot of people, programs, families and organizations are all disrespecting my letter. The only one that listened to my letter was The Hopi Foundation. they moved their event, thank you
I know the main person is Deidra Honyumptewa letting them in. The Village is in court now and they still aren't listening. I was even told the Chairman was there yesterday during the farmers market. Why isn't he respecting my letter we already told the Hopi Council. All you people that were at the C.D. on Sunday all disrespected my letter. I told them to repost my letter and until I lift it, it still is closed.

The people that call themselves the Community of Tewa Village have been illegally occupying the Village of Tewa building. Colleen Silas, Marilyn Clashin. Ramon Howato, Stacy Kahe and Fermina Tewa, held and illegal election.
The Village of Tewa already is established with a legitimate Board of Directors. Emil Honies October 3, 2021 letter was read into record at the Tribal Council meeting regarding the closure of the building. To this day Deidra Honyumptewa continues to allow activities to be held there. Recently State Troopers and HLES occupied the building illegally. Chairman Tim Nuvangyouma and VC Craig Andrew's were once again in the building with HLES. These two leaders of the Hopi Tribe along with many others continue to disrespect Sand Clan Leader Emil Honies letter.

Today there was a training held at The Village of Tewa by HLES and State Agencies. On October 3rd the Village of Tewa Clan Leader Emil Honie Sr. sole authority wrote a letter that this building was shut down. No one gets to over ride his authority. HLES was hand delivered a letter of the closure. Today Chief Pinto denied that they weren't given a closure letter from Sand Clan Leader Emil Honie Sr.

Sand Clan Leader Emil Honie's letter has been dated since October 3,2021. Activities continue to happen, this building is supposed to be vacant to include all property. This constitutes trespassing. The disrespect toward Tewa Clan Leaders comes from Deidra Honyumptewa.
