9 years!!! Not one much for speeches. But grateful to all u gymrattz for ur consistency, and dedication. Not to many hardcore gyms make it in the fitness industry Basically because we refuse to go with the “flow”. And I appreciate the help on some issues where I can’t b there day & nite. Again thanx gymrattz. Ok enough of that. “Gym Time”!!!!!! 💪🏽💀💪🏽!!!

Dr…… “Ok Tyler part of your recovery process from your hernia surgery, you are not to lift over 10lbs for several weeks”. Ok doc no problem …………….., I check on gym weeks later, and find this Remember 10lbs? Yet alone 18 45lb plates!!!! Unload the freaking equipment!!! I can’t physically do it. Nor should I hav to!!! Give me a freaking break!!!

Hung out with Danny Jones owner of Odyssey Fitness!! Another hardcore gym !! 10k sq ft facility great and rare gym equipment!! Strong man area , great cardio section and very helpful members. If ur in Vienna WV. Check out this gym!!!! 💪🏽💀💪🏽!!!!
