Kissimmee 2026 18U All Stars won big over 18U Flagler 13-1 on Thursday.
A walk by Justin Gardner put 18U Flagler on the board in the top of the first.
In the bottom of the first inning, Kissimmee 2026 18U All Stars went back into the lead after Christian Dawkins singled to center field, and Brayant Valdez flew out, each scoring one run.
A triple by Ryan Garcia, a ground out by Joel Carmona, and a triple by Joel Perez helped Kissimmee 2026 18U All Stars extend their early lead in the second.
Kissimmee 2026 18U All Stars added to their early lead in the bottom of the third inning when Garcia singled, scoring one run, and Donnie Prosser drew a walk, scoring one run.
Kissimmee 2026 18U All Stars added four more runs in the bottom of the fourth inning on five hits. Valdez hit a solo inside the park home run, Nikolas Gomez doubled, scoring one run, Carmona singled, scoring one run, and Angel Moreno grounded out, scoring one run.
Perez started on the hill for Kissimmee 2026 18U All Stars. The starting pitcher surrendered two hits and one run over three innings, striking out four and walking four. Gardner stepped on the hill first for 18U Flagler. The pitcher surrendered seven hits and six runs over one and two-thirds innings, striking out one and walking one. Prosser tossed two innings of shutout ball for Kissimmee 2026 18U All Stars in relief. The righty surrendered zero hits, striking out two and walking three.
