Please be sure your athlete has given you the 2026-2027 athletic physical packet to complete before your appointment for an athletic physical.
Physicals are offered free of charge at Pocomoke School-Based Health Center on Aug 3 & 4, or before you leave for the summer. Call 410-430-8388 to schedule an appointment.
Completed packets must be submitted to the athletic trainer for clearance. Packets are available in the front office at PHS, attendance booth bulletin board, and the athletic training room bulletin board.
