Hello everyone! We are happy to announce that starting tomorrow, after months of being closed down, the gym will be open for business. We hope to see you all there!

Good morning everyone! I just wanted to give you all an update on Coach Teo. He is in end stage renal failure and has to have a kidney transplant. He did have surgery last week to have the port placed into his abdomen. This will be used for peritoneal dialysis until the transplant. We meet with the transplant team in September and are keeping our fingers crossed that all goes well! We will keep you all updated as we go. We miss you and can’t wait to get back to work!
