Next week, we have some special guests visiting from the broader NPS organization: Master Caryn Dampier (co-founder of NPS TKD), Master Allen McBroom, and Instructor Lynn McBroom.

Taekwondo students ages 10+ (5:00 class) of all belt levels are invited to join a one-time special class this Tuesday at 6:00, for some extra studying with our guests. (If you are usually in another class at that time, you may ask your instructor if they will excuse you. These masters don’t visit very often!)

The visiting masters will also be present at our normal classes on Thursday. If you have any questions, contact Master Marilyn.

Pocahontas NPS Taekwondo traveled to Snellville Georgia near Atlanta this past weekend to attend the 2025 NPS TKD Black Belt test. Congratulations to Keeley Brown for advancement to Danbo, Rivers Barber to 1st Dan, Angel Brown to 2nd Dan and Marilyn Hogan to 5th Dan. Instructors Hank Dubois, Stephanie, Zach, Lindsay, and Danielle Arnold attended to assist and participate in the test and seminars. We had a great time and thank you Zoar NPS Taekwondo for being such great hosts.

Just wanted to share these photos. Hank was recently recognized for his 10th year of taekwondo study and classes at Marr Street Productions. On the right is Hank when he received his yellow stripe belt and this is Hank on the left presenting Henry with is orange belt. Congratulations to both of you. You are both fine young men!
