Aaron will lead athletes through the **Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift**, providing hands-on coaching and individualized feedback on every rep. You'll learn proper technique, improve efficiency, fix common mistakes, and gain the confidence to perform your best on meet day.

Whether you're a first-time competitor or an experienced lifter, this clinic is designed to help you maximize your total and step onto the platform prepared.
