Meet our 2026–27 Nashville Jr. Predators Strength & Conditioning Staff, led by Staci Hart. This team is ready to help our players get stronger, quicker and more powerful to be able to perform at their best on the ice!

In addition to our full-time staff, we’re excited to welcome two interns from Belmont University — Coach Ryann and Coach Abby!

We’re proud to invest in the development of our players while also providing opportunities for the next generation of coaches to grow and gain valuable experience.
