I don’t have any fancy filters or cameras but hopefully you’ll get the gist. We drove about 2.5 hours north east so that we could see the eclipse in its totality. We then drove 6.5 hours home. The traffic in our humble state was amazing. Something that I’ve never experienced before. Some would say “All for only two mins.” Not me and I would without a doubt, 100% do it again.
There seems to be a common theme to many posts that I have read. The community around this event was also something that I have not really experienced before. It was the largest tailgating event I have ever seen. Strangers came together in food and conversation all with a common excitement, to see this dance between the moon, the sun and the stars.
That celestial tango did not disappoint. There was not a cloud in the sky, sun, blue sky’s and 60 degrees. If your face didn’t have proper viewing attire then your indication that something was happening would have been the 10-15 degree temperature change, the increase of wind, the change in the sounds of nature around you, the change of light towards totality. Oh and the energy if you think you can feel it or not, you felt it.
Eclipse energy can lead us to big moments of change. It can be a portal to awareness, spiritual renewal, heightened intuition and maybe a new sense of protection. Eclipse energy in Spring and the new beginnings and transformation can be a great gift.
If you’re interested in trying something new and transformative join me April 20th for a Wim Hof Fundamentals.
