Hello everyone here I have attached the draws for the tournament.

Schedule Day 1 07/20/2018 (Friday) JR tournament. Matches Begin at 5:30PM (8 game pro-set)

Match 1: Nikki vs. Revan

The remaining matches will follow for the juniors on Saturday, more information will be sent out based on tomorrow night's results.

Hello,

I know everyone has been anxiously waiting for this email all summer long, so let’s not delay it any longer. We welcome you all to Plymbledon Tennis Tournament 2018!!

Preview:

This tournament is going to be a seeded tournament as well. Seeding will be assigned based on previous year’s Plymbledon's results, and past tournament performances.

This year we will also have a junior tournament, so please send in entries to the junior tournament as well, it will happen simultaneously with the adult tournament. The junior tournament will start on 23rd at 4:30 or 24th 8:00AM depending on number of participants. (more updates to come).

Important: If you decide play singles and doubles, you are expected to play at least 4 matches in a day, taking into consideration that you keep progressing throughout the tournament. So essentially, you are coming in to the tournament expecting to play 2 singles matches, and 2 doubles matches if you sign up for both events.

Note: One more thing to take into consideration during the tournament is that this is a friendly tournament, so please play with the right spirit as well as keeping it competitive.

Scheduling: Singles at 8:00AM, and Doubles in the evening starting at 4:30PM.

Dress Code: Like Wimbledon, we are requiring everyone to dress up in all white, so try and look your best!

WHEN: JULY 21 -JULY 22 (Starting at 8:00AM- singles; 4:30PM- doubles)
WHERE: Wayzata High School (4955 Peony Ln N, Plymouth, MN 55446)

FORMAT: Singles:
1st and 2nd Round: 8 Game Pro Sets (tie breaker at 10-10)
QF: 8 Game Pro Sets (tie breaker at 10-10)
Semis & Finals: 2 out of 3 Sets (tie breaker at 10-10 in third set)

FORMAT: Doubles:
1st and 2nd Round: 8 Game pro Sets
QF: 11 Game Pro Sets (Tie breaker at 11-11)
Semis & Finals: 2 out of 3 Sets (tie breaker at 10 – 10 in the third set)

PRIZES: 1st, 2nd & 3rd place in both Singles & Doubles

Tennis Balls & Drinks are provided.

Please confirm your participation in the tournament by replying to this email or replying to [email protected] and mention your participation either in Singles Only or Doubles Only or Singles & Doubles. If you're participating in Doubles, please send your partner name in the email reply. Also, please send a phone number in the email reply so we can contact you on tournament day. We would encourage everyone to play doubles and singles so we can have everyone play at least 2 matches. If I missed anyone in the email list, please forward this email to everyone. We are trying to encourage everyone to participate.

Please be on time.

We will allow maximum 15 minute leeway.

Please RSVP by midnight of June 21st so we can make draws and plan accordingly for the tournament.
