S3 Swim School of Specialty Aquatic Programs LLC Our swim school enables every student to learn how to swim using the Montessori approach, emphasizing independence and empowerment. Swim Safety, 2. Who are we?

We promote peer support and therapeutic assistance, offering students the opportunity for lifelong functional swim skills. Providing programming in multiple locations in Metro Detroit since 2016. We wanted to design a more holistic aquatics program, based on the needs of families and children who do not fit the traditional swim lesson mold. There are many great swim lesson programs out there. But

S3 is different because we want your child to master aquatic skills learned and develop of love of swimming while in the comfort of their peers. All sessions are based on the S3 Pillars of success: 1. Swim Skill Refinement & 3. Social bonding
+Low teacher to student ratio: 4 students to 1 teacher
+Students are grouped with their (classroom) age, with peers and +Lessons start 2 years old to adult

*Private and semi-private lessons are available for kids and adults. A limited number of adult group lessons are also available. Our staff is a beautifully fun mixture of land and aquatic professionals including Teachers, Recreation Therapists, Aquatic Therapists, Lifeguards, and overall swim enthusiasts. We resurrected the Warren Montessori Masterclass to the Plymouth location offered as the Teen Ambassador program. This class has two learning tracks: lifeguarding or teaching. At ages 11 to 14 students can take the Jr. Level and at 15 and up, they can take the Senior level.
These students here are learning CPR and First aid on actual feedback maniacs which is a critical learning skill.
We are only offering this during the schoolyear for our homeschool swimrichment kids. However, if the community has different needs, we always try to roll with it.
