Martial Arts with Colman Instruction in Qigong, Taiji (Tai Chi) & Daoyin by Colman Fink in Wareham MA; Middleborough MA & Plymouth MA. Also teaches Karate-jutsu & Ryukyu Kobujutsu.

If the answer is YES to any of the above, then the Tai Chi, Qigong & Daoyin program could be just what you're looking for. After all, the body is also fueled by motion, intent and breath, or the combination thereof, which are all critical aspects of Tai Chi, Qigong and Daoyin practice. In the regular classes, Yang style Tai Chi (Taiji) is taught in 24-form, 37-form, double Yang form, long-sword form and broad-sword form. Also included are Qigong and Daoyin exercises such as Zhan Zhuang, Baduanjin, Liangong Shibafa, Pingshuaigong, Zhineng Qigong and Taiji Daoyin and others. "One of my agendas is to sort of dissolve the hyphen between mind and body. We know that how we move deeply affects how we feel emotionally, cognitively, but also how we feel emotionally and cognitive affect how we move. And so we can call some of this work mindfulness. We can equally call it body fullness, But there's a focus much more on the cognitive pieces because I think it's the new value added to exercise in the West. You have exercise, and now you have mind body exercise. So there's a cognitive piece that's been added."
