Alrighty NYC, big news. As some of you may or may not know the next chapter in my life is about to unfold. Change can be a daunting part of life that a lot of us are uncomfortable with, myself included. But know that rising to the occasion of change will make you a better version of yourself.

After 10+ crazy years in NYC (and I would not change a single second) the time has come for me to move back up to Boston. To all of my friends, family and loved ones thank you for always supporting and believing in me. You mean the world to me.

To all of my clients, thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing and trusting in me to teach and guide you to a stronger, healthier, and more confident you. I know you think that I pushed you, but you have no idea how much you pushed me, making me the best I can be. And for that I am eternally grateful.

My last day of teaching on the NYC schedule will be FRIDAY January 17th, 2020. See you on the mega, we will have a great sweat, some laughs, maybe a few tears, burn it out and make some more memories.

I am coming for you. I could not be more excited to get to do something I love in my home city.

NYC this is not goodbye, it is I will see you later. I am stronger, wiser and more determined than ever and I have you to thank for it. I will never forget you!
