Dennis McManus
Plymouth State Baseball proudly honors Dennis McManus for an extraordinary 39 years of coaching with the Panthers. A 1973 PSU graduate with a B.S. in Physical education, Dennis further earned his M.S. in physical education and Athletic Training from Indiana University in 1975.

Dennis led the panthers as head coach for 31 years (1985-2015), securing 506 wins-the most by any coach in any sport in Plymouth State history. His dedication extended beyond the field, serving 14 years on the NEIBA executive committee and earning a well-deserved spot in the NEIBA Hall of Fame in 2021.

Throughout his career, Dennis built lasting relationships with players, alumni, coaches, and the community through passion, hard work, and commitment. Thank you, Coach Dmac, for your incredible legacy! ⚾️

BB: Interim tag removed, Theriault elevated to Head Coach

PLYMOUTH, N.H. – Less than a month after being named interim head coach, Plymouth State University has announced the appointment of Andy Theriault as the head coach of the Panthers' baseball program.

Andy Theriault: Head Coach
We are proud to announce that Andy Theriault is being promoted to Head Coach for the Plymouth State Panthers.

Theriault brings extensive college-level coaching experience. He was previously the pitching and recruiting coordinator for the Panthers from 2019 to 2021. He also has experience at Brewster Academy, Saint Joseph’s College of Maine, Gordon College, and the Brockton Rox of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League (FCBL) from 2017 to 2020. He started as the pitching coach, during which his pitching staff led the league in ERA, before being promoted to Manager in 2019.

We can’t wait for the future ahead. Where he will set us to a higher standard, push us to work even harder, to compete at the highest level we can, to be the best people in our community, and to improve our academics. With the ultimate goal to win Little East Conference Championship for years to come.
