It is a full body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance as well as a strong mind body connection. It puts emphasis on improving posture, spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to muscles, developing a strong core or center (abdominals

Just a little reminder - If you’re a current monthly member and have students or other same household family members that would like to join us for the summer months, they can do so and get the elite member rate ($18 group, $38 semiprivate and $78 private).

These sessions can be purchased as drop ins or bundled in any quantity. We’re here and happy to help anyone set this up with member access, or ring them up for a package.
