The chainsaws got a workout The Trails at Mill Pond this morning. The trails are (mostly) clear, but still pretty wet. It's best to go ride something that dries faster for the next couple weeks. Remember, Mill Pond is a late season trail. Once things finally dry out, the clay will be hard, fast and fun!

Trail update 5-05-26. The trail surface is starting to dry out but the normal wet spots are obviously still wet and we had more storms overnight. The concerning thing at this time is the amount of storm damage and downed trees. We are going to start to get out and do clean up as the weather permits.

If anyone would like to pitch in we will be meeting in the parking lot around 9am this Saturday May 9th.

They say, "Not all who wander are lost," but lets be real- some who wander around The Trails at Mill Pond have no idea how to make it back to the parking lot. Thanks to Rich Zeigler and the good folks at JPR, even the most directionally challenged now have a fighting chance of making it back to their vehicles... eventually.

Still some greasy spots in the Pines, but the jump trail is running as smooth and fast as it ever has!

Trails are bone dry and and are in great shape!! One small tree down in the pines (bunny hop/ step over) and one huge tree down just before the climb out of the east side. We will get both cleared ASAP.
