Cubicle put together his version of the Spartan Race. We were missing the spear throw. But we had weighted bags and a heavy bucket. We were able to repeat his course three times. It was a good time.

Cubicle led Spirit Fingers around the East side of Plumas Lake while carrying weight in our rucks.

Spirit Fingers celebrated his 6yr anniversary with F3. He took the lead today to push the Pax on some of the exercises he likes and his memorable beatdowns. The reps and rounds were based on his post numbers and his anniversary date. No workout is ever the same.

Timberlee brought out battle ropes, coupons, sandbags this morning for the guys to enjoy. We got to do three rotations through each station with the prescribed exercises. Then for extra fun he had us do pushups, squats, gates, and burpees. Every third rotation double the count called out.
