It begins with our class sizes. Bootcamp, as we call it, is a class that is limited to no more than 8 participants at a time. Keeping our group training sessions smaller allows our coaches to maintain an atmosphere of personalized coaching for each participant. Special time is taken as needed to address individual considerations and make modifications where warranted.
Next, we don't want you to just "exercise." We specialize in TRAINING. We don't use randomized workouts sent out by a mysterious no-name company representative that change each day, but instead design long-term, progressive training programs meant to help you improve in all areas of fitness, including strength, hypertrophy, endurance, power, and conditioning. Each individual program is progressed for a number of weeks, then adjusted to prevent stagnation of progresss.
Finally, we have coaches that meet you where you're at. We understand that group training can be intimidating for beginners. Our knowledgeable coaches are willing and able to make any necessary adjustments to the programming to give you a safe and effective workout that fits your fitness level, so you never have to be worried that you "can't keep up." We're here to ensure that you absolutely can!
Best of all, starting in November, CSW Bootcamp will be available 6 days/week! We will be adding a morning bootcamp on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday that will parallel our 6PM Monday, Wednesday, and Friday sessions! This way, if you can't make your class on one day or time, you'll have another chance!
