We have been getting lots of calls about the court ruling on suppressors. To answer the question, no we cannot transfer a suppressor to you without filing a Form 4. You will be violating state law.

The 27 states with no state-level NFA compliance requirement:

Then there are 15 states that write the Form 4 requirement into their own state law. Buyers there still go through the federal paperwork because their own legislature put it there, and a federal injunction against the ATF does not erase a state statute.

Transfer Times update.

In case you are thinking about getting a suppressor for the upcoming hunting season, here are the current wait times we are experiencing.

Form 4 Individual - 12 hours to 14 days.

Form 4 Trust - 30 to 45 days

Form 1 Individual - 100-120 days

Form 1 Trust - 100 days and still counting

Yes we will help you submitt a Form 1.

We are selling NFA Trusts through 199 Trust if you're interested. You will have to make an appointment, so the notary will be here to notarize the trust for you.

If you have suppressors on a Form 4 individual or multiple trusts and want to consolidate them. We can help you put all your items into one trust. You will have to call the shop for pricing and an appointment.

So today pro staffer Stu decided that we needed to do some load development with the golf ball cannon. I don’t think John Daly can hit a golf ball this fast or far. Average distance is just short of a mile. I think with more powder we could easily make a mile.

It was cold last night!! I had 39 degrees on the truck. But the coyotes were moving with the cooler temps. Fawn distress sounds are working good right now. The coyotes are taking their time coming to the call. They seem to show up around the one hour mark.

Hunting report, last night I was finally able to get the pair of coyotes that were hanging around the shop. Let’s just say these two coyotes were very educated! I stayed on stand for an hour and fifteen minutes before they finally came in.

The pups are out and moving around. A friend put up a camera on a den site, and has been getting some cool pictures.

Suppressor report, I have been getting Form 4 individual forms back in about 24-36 hours. Form 4 Trusts in about 20 days. I helped a couple of customers compete Form 1 for SBR and they still have not got their approvals yet and it has been about 20 days.
