💪 **Muscle Hutt Membership & Payment Reminder**
Hey, Muscle Hutt family! ❤️
I just wanted to take a minute to go over a few things regarding memberships and monthly dues so that everyone is on the same page!
Muscle Hutt operates on a **month-to-month, non-contracted membership basis.** That means you're never locked into a long-term contract! However, when you sign up, you are agreeing to pay your monthly membership dues until you decide to cancel.
If you ever need to cancel your membership, all I ask is that you give me a call or send me an email to let me know. I completely understand that life happens, schedules change, and sometimes a gym membership just isn't something you need anymore! Just keep in mind that memberships do not automatically cancel if you stop coming or stop making payments. Monthly dues will continue until I receive notice of cancellation.
I also wanted to clarify the policy regarding past-due accounts. Moving forward, if a membership payment has not been received within **10 days of its due date, 24-hour gym access will be temporarily suspended.** To have access reinstated, the outstanding monthly dues plus a **$25 reactivation fee** will need to be paid.
I truly appreciate each and every person who supports Muscle Hutt! Being a small business owner, I do my best to keep things affordable, simple, and fair for everyone. I never want there to be any confusion or misunderstandings when it comes to memberships or payments.
If you ever have a question about your membership, need to make a change, or have an issue with a payment, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I'm always happy to help however I can!
