Good Morning, Everyone!

This Saturday is the Day! It's Steel Challenge Day!

I've got 6 Steel Challenge stages setup. We'll be shooting: Smoke & Hope, Accelerator, The Pendulum, and Speed Option. We will have two additional non-sanctioned stages.

Round Count is 150 rounds (plus misses!!!)

Just a heads up!

We will be moving the PCSL 2-gun match from August to September. Since September didn't have a match director or match assigned, this shouldn't be an issue.

So what are we going to do in August? Let's do Steel Challenge! I'll do a Steel Challenge match on August 8th.

This is a great "First Match" for someone looking to dip their toes into competitive shooting. Shooters of all experience levels, ages, and abilities are welcome!

We'll do a few standard Steel Challenge stages and a few of our own.

Area 1 is back at Billings!

🎉 Big news for Magic City Action Shooters! 🎉

We're excited to announce that we'll be hosting the 2027 USPSA Area 1 Championship in Billings, Montana, on June 17–20, 2027!

This opportunity wouldn't be possible without the incredible people who have helped build our club over the years. Whether you've helped build stages, RO'd, reset targets, or volunteered at work parties, thank you. Your hard work is the reason we're able to host a match of this caliber.

Saturday, July 11th. Man vs Man Steel Speed Shootoff!

The Sedgwick Special is back!

Do you like drag racing? With guns? That's what this match is all about! Two shooters will face off with a mirrored target array. In the middle is a cross plate. When the horn goes off, it's full speed drag racing! First one to drop the cross plate wins!

We will shoot 1 USPSA Classifier, then break down into 2 tiers of competitors. It's Round Robin, so everyone shoots against everyone!

Round Count is dependent on the number of shooters participating. Bring extra.

Cost: $20 Members, $25 Non-Members, $5 Juniors

Registration 9:30, Safety Brief 9:50, Lead Flies at 10:00!
