We offer over 14,000 square feet of table tennis fun, including 19 top-quality Double Happiness/Double Fish tables, a high ceiling, a lounge, lockers, shower facilities for men and women, over 100 parking spaces, group training, and one-on-one lessons available for kids and adults. Located 3 1/2 blocks from the Pleasantville station on MetroNorth (47 minutes from Grand Central Terminal), our rates

are $10/day for adults, $5/day for kids under 20, and $5 on Thursday before 3:30 pm. Our memberships run $400/year for adults and $250/year for kids under 20. All rates are for unlimited play. Paddles and balls are provided.

When you arrive at the tournament, you will be able to check in yourself at one of several tablets at the front of the club — just find your name and tap in. This will reduce or eliminate the long check-in line at the start of the tournament. Please make sure your entry is paid and your receipt uploaded before you arrive, as the tablets are for check-in only.

Of course, you can still register and sign in through a live person at the tournament desk, including payment by cash or check.

Guest Coach Bojan Tokic at the Westchester Summer Camp

Monday-Friday, Aug. 17-21 and Aug. 24-28

The Westchester Summer Camp continues through the end of the month. And the last two weeks will feature Slovenia's Bojan Tokic — two-time Olympian, formerly world-ranked #25. This is a special opportunity for players to learn from the best. The cost to enroll is $80/day or $350 for a week. 10% discount for Westchester TTC members. August Westchester Open
Saturday/Sunday, Aug. 29-30

Our August Open will take place, as usual, on the last weekend of the month. And this time we're collaborating with our friends at Princeton Pong, who are holding their monthly tournament on the same weekend.

Any player who wins the same event at each club will receive free entry for that event at both clubs for the remainder of 2026.

Any player who competes at both venues, regardless of which events they enter, will receive a $20 credit toward any future Princeton Pong tournament in 2026 and any future Westchester tournament in 2026.

Dear Ponger,

Starting with next month's August Westchester Open, we're making a big change with our registration and tournament software.

Before explaining, I'd like to give a huge thank you to Christine Cha and StadiumTT. Stadium has been our tournament software for more than a year. It has served us incredibly well. It has been a boon to table tennis clubs everywhere. We've wanted to add some new features to make the Westchester Open run even better and be more convenient to players.

Starting in August, our tournament software will be PortalPong.com It was created by Shehroze Aamer and will be exclusive to the Westchester Table Tennis Center.

Here are some new features:

Kiosk Check-In Built for Tournament Day
When you arrive at the tournament, you will be able to check in via one of several tablets at the front of the club. Payment can be handled there as well. This will reduce or eliminate the long check-in line at the start of the tournament.

We're especially excited about the photo payment verification system. When you pay via Zelle, Venmo, or any other method, simply upload a photo of your payment receipt directly from the tablet. A staff member will see it instantly in the admin panel and approve your entry on the spot — no back-and-forth, no waiting around. The moment it's approved, you're marked as paid and cleared to compete. We'll also be accepting online payments through Stripe for those who prefer to pay that way.

Of course, you can still sign in via a live person, if you'd prefer.

Archive of Your Tournament Information
Your contact information and the name of your home club will be stored on PortalPong, so we won't have to ask you each time you come.

Real-Time Tournament Management
PortalPong's live tournament system keeps the staff informed at all times. They will be able to see when tables become available or if any groups fall behind schedule, so action can be taken immediately to keep things moving.

What this means for you:
To get started, every player will need to create an account at PortalPong.com and link it to their USATT ID. Once your account is set up and linked, you'll be able to register for our tournaments, check in at the front on tournament day, and manage your entries all in one place. If you don't have a USATT ID yet, you'll need to register with the USATT first (usatt.justgo.com) before linking your account.

Dear Ponger,

Summer camp at the Westchester TTC continues for the next five weeks. And for this week (July 27-31)we have a special guest coach -- Taiwo Mati ("Matty"), a 21-year-old Nigerian who plays professionally in France.

Matty is currently world-ranked #286 and has been ranked as high as #63. He is a very nice guy, too.

The Westchester summer camp runs every day from 10 am to 3 pm, with a break for lunch. No reservation is required. You can sign up for the day ($80) or the whole week ($350).

Dear Ponger,

Next weekend, July 11-12, the Westchester Table Tennis Center is offering something new -- Two-Person Teams Championship, with $7,200 in prizes.

There will be three events:

• Under 4800* -- on Sunday

• Under 3800* -- on Saturday

• Under 2800* -- on Sunday

* players' combined ratings

Teams will start in round robin groups of four, so there will be lots of play. In each tie, doubles will be played first. That will be followed by singles: A vs. Y, B vs. X, A vs. X, B vs. Y. All matches are 3 of 5 games. A tie ends when one team has 3 wins. Two teams advance from each RR group.

A team can sign up a third person as an alternate player at no extra cost, as long as any combination of two players is under the event's rating limit.

Sign-up is at Stadiumcompete.com. We will accept sign-ups at the door, but we urge you to register in advance, if possible, so we can plan. Also, please make sure your USATT membership is current, in order to speed up the sign-in process next weekend.

Also upcoming: the New York State Championships at Westchester on Sunday, August 16. This is open to all residents of New York State, whether U.S. citizens or not. There will be a Men's Open, Women's Open, various senior events (40+, 50+, 60+, 70+), and many junior events (U11, U13, U15, U17, and U19, for both boys and girls). For this tournament, signup is at Omnipong.com.

Finally, while I'm writing, don't forget Westchester's Summer Camp, which will continue for the next eight weeks. This is for both kids and adults. Slovenia's Bojan Tokic, two-time Olympian, formerly world-ranked #25, will be with us all August. In addition, Italy's Giovanni Zavattaro will be with us all summer, along with special guest coaches like Kai Zhang and Yasiris Ortiz. You can register here or simply come and sign up at the door.
