I sprained my ankle this weekend and people keep asking how long I'll be out.... The truth? I'm not. Your fitness journey never ends but sometimes it takes a detour. I'm getting my nutrition right by limiting inflammatory foods. Secondary to that, I have modified my exercise program to incorporate rehab of my ankle and upper body/core dominant movements to keep me on track.
