Wu Xing Do Martial Arts & Fitness We have Kids and Adult class, group and private classes. Our goal is for you to reach your goal.

We offer the following classes and training programs:

Wu Xing Do Kajukenbo, ages 5 and up
A unique style of Martial Arts blending Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Thai and American Martial Arts. Wu Xing Do Kajukenbo is a beautiful and powerful martial art
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 4pm

Cardio Blast Kickboxing, ages 12 and up
A high energy Cardio Kickboxing based workout designed to burn calories. Wh

ether your goal is to lose weight or to stay in shape, this class can do it all. Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:30am & 6:30pm

Muay Thai Kickboxing, Ages 15 and up
A blend of Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Western Boxing. Tuesday & Thursday 7pm

Submission Grappling, ages 15 and up
A mix of Freestyle Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo
Tuesday & Thursday 6pm
