Pleasanton Golf Center is open everyday! Horse racing is starting up this week at the Alameda County Fairgrounds! Races will be held Friday through Sunday starting this Friday, 6/19/2020, and continuing through Sunday, 7/26/2020.

Racing days (Friday through Sunday) our last tee time reservation will be 12:15pm to ensure the course is closed by 2:15pm. All other days of the week we will be offering our normal hours and availability. The driving range on Valley Avenue Gate 12 will continue normal hours during racing.

COVID-19 AWARENESS

This is an unprecedented time, when people are asked to socially separate themselves in order to protect the health of our community. We at Pleasanton Golf Center want to do our part to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers. We believe that the golf course offers an environment for people to be together with virtually no physical contact. Golf allows us to be outside in a healthy environment, maintaining the social interaction we are accustomed to. To that end, Pleasanton Golf Center has implemented guidelines as outlined by the CDC and other health organizations, to maintain the health of our staff and guests while providing opportunity for much needed recreation and socialization.

Effective immediately, Pleasanton Golf Center will:
1) Encourage customers to utilize online registration to decrease customer/staff interaction. Credit card machines will be customer facing paddles swipe readers. We will no longer require signatures for credit card receipts or golf cart rental. We will provide receipts only upon request.
2) Increase frequency in cleaning schedules with a focus on public areas, including handrails, door handles, cash machines, range ball dispenser and other high-touch common areas. Employees will be provided spray bottles at each work-station. We will ask that employees use these spray bottles on a vigilant basis to continually ensure a clean work area.
3) Thoroughly sanitize carts prior to each use.
4) Set up disinfecting stations throughout the property to ensure staff and guests have opportunity to protect themselves and others with the use of sanitizing products. Outer restroom and Pro shop doors will remain propped open to eliminate additional points of contact.
5) Arrange tables to ensure all social separation guidelines are met.
6) Set employee guidelines regarding customary greetings. Directed employees to wash hands frequently. We will have signage to this effect.
7) Offer single rider carts upon request.
