The Muscle Flossing Roller is one of our most popular products! FitLab Solutions designed this versatile roller that can be used for several different recovery exercises.

What do the roller kits consist of?

The roller can be broken down into two halves which can be used to train your lower extremities for proper loading. Meanwhile, the golf ball can be used to break up fascia deep in the foot. Do you know where your Psoas muscle is? Are you experiencing a Psoas Muscle imbalance?

Symptoms of a Psoas muscle imbalance may include
🔻lower back pain
🔻hip pain
🔻pelvic or groin pain
🔻knee pain
🔻improper posture

If so, here is a way to relieve some tension in your Psoas muscle. First, you are going to grab a FitLab solutions large Red muscle flossing ball. Then, you are going to take 2-3 of your fingers and estimate next to your belly button, where your Psoas muscle is. After you have found it, lay on the ball with your stomach and roll our your psoas by moving back and forth in a plank position. This allows more flexibility in your Psoas muscle and should decrease the pain in the areas you are experiencing.
