Instructor Training course begins May 16th, 2026 ✨

This will be our third instructor training held in Pleasant Valley, where the program has continued to grow. While the training takes place in Pleasant Valley, we hope to bring it to Kingston as we expand sooner than later cuz we believe in growing thoughtfully and building strong relationships within our community.
If you’re in Kingston and already feel connected to our studio, you’re more than welcome to begin your journey with us sooner. If you’ve been curious about deepening your practice or becoming an instructor, we’d love to hear from you.

Keeping it small, focused, and hands-on.

Yesterday, December 31st marked his 365th Pilates class. Last year, he set a goal to take a class every single day, and I'll admit, I thought he was joking when he suggested going to the studio on January 1st, 2025. I have immense respect for his dedication and achievement. He's excited to share his journey with you, so check out our blog (link in bio) to read about his highs and lows. You'll continue to see this red-haired guy in the studios as he keeps up the momentum. Hopefully, his story will inspire you to make 2026 your best year yet. (And, fun fact: he's married to the owner of the Pilates studio 🤣🤣)

For December, we’re running 7am + 7am.

How it works:
• Take any 7am class → get one more 7am that SAME week on us.
• Valid Tuesday–Friday.
• Friday doesn’t roll into next week—use the bonus before the week ends.
• Please book your free class with us at the studio desk before or after your 7am class.(not through momence)
