Another open gym update for you!!! Our 13s are coming in a little earlier on June 2nd and June 16th! We've moved them from 7:45-9:00pm up to 6:30-7:45pm. We will see you there!!!

CLASS UPDATE: Summer is coming up quick so we have a special for you!!! Agility and power training designed for ALL volleyball players! 5 weeks of training with no contracts or memberships required. Just a flat rate of $159 for all 5 weeks!!!

These classes will focus on the specific needs of volleyball players with targeting training for agility, power, joint health, and overall mobility.
