ICE Performance Training Center Adult Small Group Functional Fitness, Youth Wrestling, Sports Performance Training, & Indoor facility We simply do it different!

ICE Performance Training Center is the home of the infamous WARRIOR Strength Training Programs for athletes. Athletes travel up to 2-3hrs one way at times to participate in these programs, and that speaks for itself. NOBODY in the great state of Iowa trains athletes like we do. Our facility is named in tribute to our great friend BJ Iseminger (nickname- ICEman) who tragically passed away 4yrs ago.

BJ was a SE Polk alumni and a 4x State Wrestling Qualifier & 1x placewinner. After high school, BJ entered the Army and later became a Des Moines Firefighter. Our goal is to remember him each and everyday thru this tribute, and teach good solid wrestling fundamentals plus a great work ethic just as he believed in.
