Porcelli's Training Center This is where you can get all of the events and up to date classes that are going on at Porcelli's training center.

Porcelli's Training Center offers many different classes to include: Mixed Martial Arts for Kids, Teens, Beginner, and Pro. We offer Wrestling year round, Submission grappling, Boxing, Kick boxing, Cardio Kick, Strength & Conditioning classes, Family fitness all classes are all ages. We are the Premier training center in Des Moines and have the best coaches you will find.

Adult Muay Thai class is at 5 pm every Tuesday and Thursday.Stop in next week if you missed class tonight!

People need to trust Jesus it is what it is, but we need to stop dividing each other, have more love in your hearts build this country together be patriotic, do what's godly , be nice to one another, put a day of work in, love your family, smile and say hello to people, be kind while driving, give hugs, protect the children, read spiritually, be knowledgeable, help where help is needed, strengthen your soul, treat your body like a temple exercise, eat better, pray alot, go to the doctor yearly, build your community, forgive. Stop being separated, don't let anyone separate us.
