Introductory Lessons
If player is a beginner, or new to lacrosse, introductory lessons are recommended. The player will learn basic fundamentals of the game.

Advanced Lessons
An advanced less
on is for a player who has been playing for at least two years and has begun to master most of the fundamental skills. Players must have the ability to catch and throw, cradle, and move with the ball.
- Developing Lacrosse IQ – game situation awareness
- Advanced dodging
- Advanced passing & shooting drills
- Advanced defense – zone and man-to-man education
- Advanced offense – cuts & picks, offensive sets, etc. Private or Semi-Private Lessons
Private Instruction is one of the fastest ways to improve your skill level. Quick progression can be made in only a few sessions. Private Instruction is broken down into 75 minute sessions. A personalized course will be created based on the player’s current level and the level the player seeks to achieve. Private Session: One Player

Group Instruction
This is a great idea for teammates or players from the same geographic area and skill level. As a group, once players learn the basics of passing, catching, and scooping ground balls, they can sharpen those skills far better when using them against a live competitor. Add the fundamentals of dodging, picks, defense, off-ball, away from the play, crease play and the players will also have the benefit of applying the fundamentals.
