Summer was amazing, but it’s time to get back to the roda!

Our Capoeira classes are back in full swing, and we’re excited to welcome our returning students, new families, and anyone who’s been thinking, “I really need to try Capoeira!”

Capoeira is more than kicks and movements. It’s music, movement, culture, fitness, confidence, community, and FUN — all in one experience.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or have been training for years, there’s a place for you in our roda.
