With high-intensity circuit/interval workouts that include mostly body weight and non-intimidating equipment, you will find better results than your typical routine at the gym! LB Fitness full body workouts target lean muscle development, core strengthening, flexibility, as well as overall cardio, strength and power improvement. It is my belief that strength training coupled with clean eating can

not only improve metabolic function, but it can also improve your energy and self-control. Join us for a fun group fitness routine with a positive motivator. Classes are held in Pleasant Grove at 1373 West 2010 North and all work-out equipment is provided. Current pricing (includes all classes)*:
8 classes/month $50
12 classes/month $60
Unlimited classes $75/month
and any personal training appointments at a rate of $40/hr.

I have to remember that my main reason for creating this account was to inspire others and to keep myself accountable. After moving from Utah to Seattle last December and closing my gym business and getting pregnant all at the same time, fitness took the back burner a bit and I was able to fly under the radar this past year with new friends who have no idea about my background. The truth is, I really miss coaching and my community and being to wake up to such awesome people in my garage! I may not be as consistent and I may have 30 extra pounds after having my baby, but I still have a passion and knowledge that some of you may benefit from. And if not, my posts will at least keep me accountable on my journey. Here was my HIIT workout today.

Here is a workout I did last week. I used a 26 # KB for each of these exercises and repeated 3 times. I followed this with 3 row sets of 500 meters. I think I ran for a bit too 🤗. 5 Overhead Press RT

As you can tell, I have been working on my figure these last couple of months 🤰. Baby boy due Sept 4th. Honestly, the move to Washington, plus this news, plus kids being sick has made for a pretty inconsistent workout schedule, but I am doing my best to listen to my body while keeping my mind one step stronger because we all know how easy it can be to pull out of any semblance of good habit when the circumstances tell you otherwise! Anyway, just thought I would check in. I have 2 workouts I can post, but you will have to bear with a tubby lady showing you how they are done 😆.

I had a hard time wanting to go to the gym today, but I got ready and pushed through getting Bryn out the door with me even though she was struggling too... i sat for 30 mins and eventually talked myself into stepping on the treadmill even if just to walk. My walk quickly turned into a jog which then became a run. The lesson I learned was that often when you put the work in to get to the gym, your body will take over. Here was my workout:

TREADMILL - 20 MINS
15 Mins: 1.0 Incline; 6.0 Speed
5 Mins (walk): 11.0 Incline; 3.5 Speed

DUMBBELL UPPER BODY CIRCUIT

My Bryn was sick on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday last week as well, so I went to the gym again on Monday and Tuesday of this week. I did a Bootcamp class on Monday, but did my own jam yesterday. Sorry no video...

So proud of my LB Fitness crew for keeping up with your workouts! It is still a pretty tough transition for me leaving you all, but I am glad to see you are finding your ropes! Congrats this week to Angi Vuksinick Harris who has lost 20 lbs with her consistency in exercise and with the help of a few friends! I would love to hear where everyone is working out these days and how it is going! Who has been over to Lyceum??

Also, if you were one of the 3 people who won the 1-month pass to Orange Theory, I just need to get on the phone when you sign up and provide my CC information for those first 5 classes. I think this was for Christie Axson Gardiner, Cydney Nichol Reeve, and Suzanne if I remember correctly!
