Life is so big and this week has accounted for more than its fair share of bigness.

After 10 years, I made the difficult decision to close a business that I and so many others have nurtured with love and dedication. While I’m stepping away from clinical work to reclaim myself, I’ll continue coaching & training incredible leaders and teams.

I also got to pin rank on my guy friend, the newest Colonel in the Utah Air National Guard (with a new command position to boot). He’s remarkable & I love seeing him shine.

And today we welcomed our youngest home from a 2-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Luke is gifted in so many ways and it’s so heartening to see his dedication & sacrifice in action.

Give yourself to a cause greater than yourself, despite the cost. If you’re paying attention, you may just discover the heartbreaking beauty & vastness of life.
