When it’s more than baseball 🩵

Not the outcome or banner we came for, but couldn’t be more proud of these boys for pushing through and battling to the championship game in true GBC Gordon form. We love to battle from the bottom up, and they did just that. Not coming home empty handed! Panama City Beach, we are leaving with lots of memories and good times! 2nd place, we will take it!

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads & grandpas out there!!! We are blessed with some of the best around!!

Your GBC boys are headed to the Championship game today @3:00cdt/4:00est.

Our boys showed out yesterday in 2 bracket games to earn their spot in the championship game!!

Our first bracket game went into extra innings and ended with a final score of 16-14.

Our second bracket game started after 12:00am cdt/1:00am est, and ended around 1:45am cdt/ 2:45am est, in a victory of 9-7 after a close game.

These boys wanted it and battled HARD!!!

Let’s bring this Championship back home boys!!!

GBC Gordon went 1-2 in pool play. Tomorrow starts bracket play. Hoping we can pull together a few more wins!

Landis Gordon earned the MVP chain today. He was a top contender at our last tournament on Saturday with a double play, and a throw out at home from center field. He got sick on Sunday and was unable to finish at his full potential, but he pushed through and still batted with a stomach bug.

Today, Landis had 3 hits, and tied the game in the bottom of the 4th by a steal of home.

Way to go Landis, and let’s bring it tomorrow GBC! ⚾️
