Saw this floating around Facebook the other day and thought this rang true! It’s been a full summer here with many vacations and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it. And admittedly there’s been too many good eats and sweets along the way.
But it’s never too late to refocus, even under the sweatpants and hoodies of the colder weather that’s coming!
I’m starting a new program October 1. It’s 30-40 minutes of exercise, 4 days a week. It fits into anyone’s busy life schedule! And there’s an easy meal plan to follow with cheat meals planned in as well!
