We have a busy week here at Line Drive! We will have Little League practices:

Tuesday 3/31 from 4:30-7:30
Wednesday 4/1 from 4:30-7:30

We will be full during these times. To make up for the reduced availability, we will extend hours to close at 9:00 every weekday this week!

Line Drive would like to welcome Carly Gemmett as an instructor offering softball pitching lessons!

Carly is a 2025 graduate of Plattsburgh State, currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education. As a standout pitcher on the Plattsburgh State softball team, she logged 26 starts and 145.2 innings pitched in two seasons
('24-'25). In 2025, her 4.08 ERA led the team, and she tossed the second perfect game in Plattsburgh State history. She was awarded SUNYAC Pitcher of the Week honors twice.

Prior to her time in Plattsburgh, Carly pitched two seasons at Hudson Valley Community College, where she earned Mountain Valley Conference Player of the Year, First Team All-Conference, NJCAA All-Region 3rd Team, and was a two-time recipient of NJCAA Region III Softball Pitcher of the week.

Carly attended Colonie Central High School and hails from Albany, NY. Call or message to book individual or group lessons with Carly!

Line Drive would like to welcome Alyssa Hemingway as an instructor offering softball hitting, fielding and catching lessons!

Alyssa is a proud graduate of Plattsburgh High School, currently in her junior season as a third baseman and catcher at Plattsburgh State. She was named to the SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll in 2024 and 2025, and was named to the EAST-COMM Academic Honor Roll in 2025. She is majoring in Early Childhood and Special Education with a minor in Athletic Coaching.

"My name is Alyssa Hemingway, and I have been passionate about softball for as long as I can remember. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and love of the game to help others develop their skills and confidence in softball."

Get ready for your season! We’re hosting High School/College Live At-Bat sessions every Sunday in March from 4:00-6:00! All pitchers will get a chance to throw to live hitters!

Players will be grouped by age/playing level. Must be trying out at the JV level or above to participate.

- $10 per Pitcher/hitter
- $5 Catchers with gear (will hit)
- INCLUDED for all players with Cage Card Memberships (one punch)
