Today was bigger than a workout.

Over 50 of our members showed up to take on Murph together, and we couldn’t be more grateful for this community. From first-timers to veterans of the workout, every person brought effort, encouragement, and heart.

A special thank you to the parents who showed their kids what commitment, resilience, and community look like and to the kids who jumped in and did the WOD alongside them. Those moments matter.

We’re especially grateful for the active duty military members and veterans in our gym family. Thank you for your service, your sacrifice, and the example you set every day.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend and more than a hard workout. It’s a day to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to this country. Murph is our small way of coming together to reflect, remember, and pay respect.

🎉 Real Fit Kids is Back This Summer! ☀️💪

👟 Session 1: June 1 - 26
👟 Session 2: July 6 – July 31
🕗 Class Times: Mon/Wed/Fri | 8:15–9:15 AM

Two class groups (age 4-7, age 8-11) so your kiddo gets what is appropriate for their abilities.

Each class includes:
✨ Warm-up
✨ Skill work
✨ A fun game
✨ Workout of the day

Our focus? Helping kids have FUN while building solid movement patterns — jumping, pushing, pulling, squatting, lunging — plus agility, conditioning, and strength. Most importantly, they’ll gain confidence with every class!

🎉 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT + BIRTHDAY SHOUTOUT 🎉

Help us celebrate Meredith Gutshall, our Featured Athlete of the Week AND birthday girl! 🥳

In just 6 months, Meredith has completely transformed what she’s capable of. When she started, she had to be cautious with her back—now she’s running, crushing burpees, and hitting a 5-rep deadlift at 115 #! Her squat is something to admire, and her consistency (4–5 days a week 💪) shows in everything she does. Even better? She’s always willing to take on the next challenge.

Here’s a little more about Meredith:

Over the years I've heard a lot of people speak fearfully of group classes due to the "competition" and how they're not competitive people, so they are intimidated to go to a class. That's not what it's about. nailed what it truly means.
