25 years ago… a moment that changed America forever! Today we remember…we remember 8 pilots, 25 flight attendants, 246 passengers, 2,606 individuals, 343 firefighters, 60 police officers, 8 paramedics, and all the unknown who tragically passed. We also remember the loved ones and family of these victims. To our heroes who immediately joined forces to serve our country! We remember every life and challenge you to not take life for granted. Live each day and love each other. We will never forget 🤍🇺🇸

MEMORIAL DAY 2026… MURPH 2026!! Some of our Team Extreme members are on their 9th annual Murph challenge and some with us for quite a few years!! Today is the day we remember and honor those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our country!! Lt Michael P Murphy born 5/7/76 served our country selflessly and in the end sacrificed himself to radio coordinates to rescue his team from danger. He is one of the many who we will never forget! The temporary pain of a crazy workout still is a very small way we pay tribute every year!! Remember the fallen. Honor their sacrifice🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
