I love hearing from people who want to start coming to the gym. But I know that many are anxious about walking in the door for the first time. Starting this weekend, I’m going to be doing a gym orientation every Saturday and Tuesday morning at 9am. If one of those times doesn’t work for you, call, text, or message me on Facebook, and we’ll schedule a time that does work. Yes, we’ll spend some time getting familiar with the equipment in the gym. But more importantly, I’ll help you put together a plan that sets you up to be successful in reaching your health and fitness goals. Success looks very different to each of us. Sure, some want to pack on muscle, and be able to bench press a truck! But your goal might be to fit back into that favorite pair of jeans, to feel safer walking to the mailbox, or to get off some of your medications. I want to help you think through your needs, and get started on a plan that gets you looking and feeling better than you’ve felt in a long time. If you come in before the end of the year, you’ll even be able to take advantage of some pretty significant discounts. Listen, you don’t have to have all the answers. You don’t have to do it on your own. I think you’ll realize very quickly that the gym won’t just be a challenge.
