The Clash of the Titans Catfish Tournament is dedicated to promoting competitive catfishing, conservation, sportsmanship, and fair competition. By entering this event, all participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the following rules and regulations.

TOURNAMENT RULES
Rule 1 – Compliance with Laws
All participants must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal fishing and boating regulations.
Rule 2 – Off-Limits Period
No contestant may pre-fish tournament waters within twelve (12) hours prior to the official tournament start time.
Rule 3 – Livewell Requirements
All boats must be equipped with a functioning livewell or approved fish-holding system capable of maintaining fish in healthy condition until weigh-in.
Tournament officials reserve the right to inspect any boat and fish-holding system prior to launch.
Rule 4 – Official Check-In
All teams must report to the designated weigh-in location no later than the official tournament end time.
Late arrivals will be disqualified. No exceptions.
Rule 5 – Competitor Distance
Tournament boats must maintain a minimum distance of fifty (50) yards from any other tournament boat unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
Rule 6 – Fish Limit
Each team may present a maximum of three (3) catfish for weigh-in.
Any fish determined to be dead at the time of weigh-in will be disqualified and will not count toward the team’s total weight.
Rule 7 – Alcohol & Illegal Drugs
The possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs during tournament hours is strictly prohibited.
Violation of this rule will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
Rule 8 – Rod Limit
A maximum of two (2) rods per angler may be used at any given time.
All participants must possess any required state-issued two-rod endorsement or permit where applicable.
Rule 9 – Chumming Prohibited
The use of chum, bait dispersal devices, attractants, or any method intended to artificially concentrate fish is prohibited.
Violation of this rule will result in immediate disqualification.
Rule 10 – Protests & Disputes
Any protest or dispute regarding tournament rules, conduct, catches, or scoring must be submitted to the Tournament Director prior to the start of the awards ceremony.
No protests or disputes will be accepted once the awards ceremony has begun.
All rulings made by tournament officials shall be final.
Rule 11 – Electronics Restrictions
The use of forward-facing sonar systems, including LiveScope, Active Target, Mega Live, or similar technologies, is prohibited during tournament hours.
The use of drones, remotely operated devices, radio-controlled equipment, bait boats, or any electronic device intended to locate, track, monitor, or assist in the capture of fish is strictly prohibited.
Violation of this rule will result in immediate disqualification.

PAYOUT STRUCTURE
Tournament Entry Fees
• 100% Payback to Participants
A fixed amount of $500 will be retained from the Tournament Entry Fee category to cover permits, insurance, administrative expenses, and tournament operating costs.
Big Fish Pot
• 100% Payback
Awarded to the team weighing the single largest fish of the tournament.
50/50 Pot
• 100% Payback
The team winning Big Fish will also be declared the winner of the 50/50 Pot.
Prior to launch, all teams entered in the 50/50 Pot will be randomly paired with another participating team.
The Big Fish Champion and its randomly assigned partner team will split the entire 50/50 Pot equally.

SPORTSMANSHIP & CONDUCT
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, professional, and sportsmanlike manner at all times.
Unsportsmanlike conduct, harassment, cheating, falsification of catches, or violations of tournament rules may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

TOURNAMENT AUTHORITY & MEDIA RELEASE
The Tournament Director reserves the right to interpret tournament rules, resolve disputes, conduct inspections, verify catches, and enforce penalties.
All decisions made by tournament officials are final.
By entering the tournament, all participants grant the Clash of the Titans Catfish Tournament, its organizers, sponsors, and affiliates permission to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture their likeness during tournament activities.
Participants further agree that any photographs, video footage, weigh-in images, interviews, or other media obtained during the event may be used for promotional, advertising, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation or further approval.
Such media may be published on, but is not limited to:
• Facebook
• Instagram
• YouTube
• TikTok
• Tournament websites
• Sponsor websites and promotional materials
• Print and digital advertising
Participation in the tournament constitutes acceptance of this media release.
