I got me a nice piece of salmon, some freshly steamed broccoli a nice avocado and an almond wrap post workout.

So I am back in the UFC gym but I’m working with a personal trainer to get my core physically ready to continue with my MMA training.

I miss training so much. I also missed being in the gym and feeling healthy.

So let’s see how I look and what happens within the next month and how far I progress.

I am 130 pounds, 26% body fat.

I think I want to get around 18% body fat and I would like to try to stay at 130 pounds. Maybe 125 if I can’t keep
The weight on. I need to get rid of this gut.

I ended up coming up with a nice meal.
I found some tilapia at target. I had a little bit cauliflower left so I made it into cauliflower rice. There was a leftover sweet potato in my fridge. And here is the finished product.

It is so nice when a meal just comes together when I have no thoughts about it. Just living in the moment and doing what’s in front of me that’s when things go smooth.

Of course my thoughts were going crazy already thinking about what it wants me to have for a snack. Satan gets into everything! But it’s amazing to be able to see it.

Time to enjoy my dinner.

This is a concept I never understood when I was reading about God but now it is so clear.

Knowing God is so amazing compared to knowing about God.

What an amazing strength and conditioning work out with Coach Kevin here at UFC Fit gym in Pembroke Pines.

It is awesome to see the growth in my training In just over a month. I owe it all to my amazing Coach Kevin.

I have so much more respect for MMA fighters after training. The hard work and dedication that is put in the gym preparing for their fights is grueling.
