With heavy hearts, we announce the loss of our UFC GYM family member, Carla Gallup. Carla’s husband and son both work for UFC GYM. Carla fought valiantly with mental illness that took hold during COVID.

Let us stamp out the stigma and honor Carla! To commemorate International Survivors of Su***de Loss Day this Saturday, November 19, we will be hosting donation classes throughout the country at UFC GYM. To participate, please contact your local gym.

The link for donation is in our bio. Please donate directly to the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention.

You matter, and you are worthy. We are a family here to fight with you! 🥊
